When you sponsor a youth football tournament, you hope to see your team do well. When you sponsor two teams — and they both make the final — that’s something else entirely.
We’re absolutely delighted to share that Somerset Air Conditioning was the proud kit sponsor for both Mendip Broadwalk FC sides that entered the Bridgwater VPR Tournament 2026. Two teams. Two sets of branded kits. And as it turned out — one very special final.
A Final No One Could Have Predicted
Both Mendip Broadwalk FC teams battled through the tournament and when the dust settled at the semi-final stage, the draw had thrown up a remarkable scenario — the two sides would face each other in the final.
For Somerset Air Conditioning, it was a proud moment whatever the result. Both sets of players had earned their place in the final, both were wearing our branded kit, and both represented Mendip Broadwalk FC with real credit. When the final whistle blew, one team lifted the trophy as Champions and the other took home the Runners Up award — and we couldn’t have been more proud of either of them.
Why Grassroots Football Matters to Us

Supporting grassroots youth football is one of the most tangible ways we can give something back — helping clubs like Mendip Broadwalk FC provide a brilliant experience for young players and their families.
Tournaments like Bridgwater VPR are what youth football is all about — competitive, fun, and full of moments these kids will remember for years. We’re honoured to have played even a small part in that.
